Why don’t you show the package prices?

Each of our packages are custom tailored to your needs. Whether you are celebrating and birthday, bachelor/bachelorette, wedding, divorce, or just to let loose, we make sure that every detail is planned.

How is your service different from reserving directly through the nightclub?

The biggest difference is that we work for you, not the nightclub. We have a dedicated host that will be assigned to your group for the duration of your stay. Our relationships extend beyond one nightclub or one hospitality group. When booking through the nightclub, it is in their interest to charge the customer as much as possible to increase their bottom line. We are in business to serve you and only you!

Why choose Nightlife Butler over other concierge companies?

Unlike other concierge companies, we are not governed by commission payouts by nightclubs. Nightclubs that are less busy tend to payout higher commissions to attract customers to their venue. Nightlife Butler is not governed by commissions payouts – our business model is completely different. We buy our tables in advance and have a virtual inventory of tables available. This allows us to focus on the customer experience. We will take you to the best clubs, not the ones that are offering the highest commissions.

What if we need to add or subtract a person to the group?

We understand that plans change. We will work with you but the size of the group and overall beverage minimum may dictate the location of your table. If you add or subtract, you may experience a change in table location. Nightlife Butler will always be upfront about the location of your table – no hidden surprises.

Are the table locations guaranteed?

Nightlife Butler has marketing relationships with all of our partners. This solidifies our table locations for our customers. Table location is not guaranteed but the best inventory is always made available to us.

What about VIP passes or Guest lists?

You will meet a myriad of people that will claim to put you on a guest list. Typically, the guest list or pass will get you access to another line. Most of the time you will see a guest list line that is longer than the general admission line. Guest List lines are notorious for being misleading. Nightlife Butler’s service is different – we offer walk-in services where you will be escorted by your personal butler past all the lines and gain VIP entry to the venue. No waiting in lines ever again!

What happens if we need to cancel our reservation?

We built our business on word of mouth advertising. We want you to have an amazing experience with our company. However, understand that we purchase almost everything in advance. Please give us as much notice as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: All cancelations must be in writing. 100% refund with 14 days notice (certain restrictions apply to certain services. We will only pass on hard costs to us).  Less than 14 day notice is subject to 50% cancellation fee; within 7 days notice subject to 100% of deposits and fees. We understand things come up and we will work with you to make sure you have a positive experience.

What is the dress code?

Nightclub:
Dress code is pretty standard at most nightclubs. Most places require upscale nightclub attire, which typically means no shorts, tank tops, flip flops, sandals, hats, or running shoes.

Day club:
Dress code is pretty relaxed at day clubs. However, most restrict athletic wear. No mesh short, jerseys, work boots, or oversized jewelry.

What time do we have to arrive?

Nightclub:
If you have arranged a pre-paid reservation with us, you can arrive anytime relative to the date of your reservation – we’ve taken care of everything including checking-in and paying for your table and/or entry. All you need to do is show up. Otherwise, typically the earlier you arrive the better. We ask that all of our table reservations arrive by 11:00pm but custom arrival times are available. Unless you pre-arrange with your personal Butler for a later arrival time, this may effect the location of your table.

Day club:
If you have arranged for a pre-paid reservation with us, you can arrive anytime relative to the date of your reservation – we’ve taken care of everything including checking-in and paying for your cabana and/or entry. Otherwise, typically the earlier the better. We ask that all of our cabana reservations arrive by 12:00pm but custom arrival times are available. Unless you pre-arrange with your personal Butler for a later arrival time, this may effect the location of your cabana or day bed.
